Who we are

This website is operated by Dispack-Projects NV, the company behind Dolium one-way kegs. Our registered office is at Vosseschijnstraat 192 A, 2030 Antwerp, Belgium. For any question about this policy, mail us at info@dolium.eu.

We act as the controller for the personal data described below, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and to run our business:

Data you give us through the quote request or contact forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery address, the keg configuration you ask about and anything you add in the message field.
Technical data your browser sends when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and the time of your visit.
Cookies, as described in our cookie policy.

Why we use it

We use your data to prepare and send quotes, to answer your questions, to keep our customer administration, to connect you with a distribution partner in your market where that is relevant, to keep the website working and secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

On what legal basis

Depending on the situation we rely on your consent, on the steps needed before or during a contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or on a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with parties that help us deliver our service: our hosting provider, our email and administration software, and, where it helps you, the Dolium distribution partner in your market. They may only process your data on our instructions and under a written agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and the related correspondence for as long as they are useful for the commercial relationship and for the periods required by accounting and tax law. Technical logs and analytics are kept for a shorter period.

Where your data is stored

Your data is processed within the European Economic Area. Dolium also has a regional production site in the United States; if data has to be shared with it, we do so under the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, and ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Mail info@dolium.eu and we handle it.

If you think we are not handling your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our service or the law changes. The date at the top shows when we last did.
