You have already made the switch to one-way. The real question is which one-way keg, and not all of them are equal.
Most one-way kegs get you off stainless steel kegs. Dolium goes further on the three things that decide day-to-day results: safety, reliability and compatibility.
The APRV (Automatic Pressure Relief Valve) opens at 5 bar during storage and transport, re-closes at 2 bar and can be opened by hand when empty. Kegs without a re-closable valve cannot offer the same margin of safety.
Many one-way kegs are bag-in-keg systems. The bag is a second component to fill correctly and a second thing that can crease, leak or fail. Dolium is single-wall, with no bag.
